After speaking with multiple mortgage brokers, Maurice was by far the most responsive, and was able to guide me the entire process.
He explained everything in detail from fees, expectations from all parties, things to avoid, best practices, overall strategy based on our personal situation. The entire process was so smooth and stress free during the closing.
